UP Astrosoc is composed of five independent clusters and one executive cluster all working together to help meet the organization's objectives. Coming from all colleges in UP, UP Astrosoc is a melting pot of diverse individuals united by a common desire to explore the night sky.
Clusters
Executive Cluster - Composed of the Over-All Coordinator, the Executive Secretary, and the five other cluster coordinators, the Execlus is in charge of taking leadership and vision for the organization. It is responsible to the members to meet their expectations and demands.
Education and Research Cluster
The Education and Research Cluster is in charge of lectures and other educational activities of the organization. EdRes also manages the Astronomical Library of the society.
The External Affairs Cluster is the organization's liaison to other organizations. It is also in charge of publicity for the organization and the organization's events and projects.
The Finance Cluster is responsible for raising the monetary support needed to run the organization's activities.
Observation and Instrumentation Cluster
ObSin organizes the astronomical observing events of the organization. It is also tasked with managing the organization's astronomical equipment.
The Resource Cluster is in charge of the social aspects of the organization. Aside from organizing the org's social activities, it is also the one responsible for administering the application process for people who wish to join the organization.
